The European Football Championship 2008 - Euro 2008 took take place in Austria and Switzerland, between
7 June and 29 June 2008. The tournament takes place every four years. European Football Championship in order: 13 (13).
A total of 16 teams participated in the tournament. Austria and Switzerland where automatically qualified as hosts. The Euro 2008 consisted of group a, group b, group c, group d, quarter-final, semi-final and final. The tournament tool place in the following arenas and cities: Wörthersee Stadion, Klagenfurt, Austria Ernst Happel Stadion, Vienna, Austria Stade de Genève , Geneva, Switzerland Letzigrund Stadion, Zürich, Switzerland St. Jakob-Park, Basel, Switzerland Wals Siezenheim Stadium, Salzburg, Austria Stade de Suisse Wankdorf, Berne, Switzerland Tivoli-Neu Stadion, Innsbruck, Austria European Football Champions 2008:
